Position OverviewThis individual will manage daily team operations, support team members in creating new profit streams within customers, and provide weekly reports on progress against set responsibilities and metrics.

Responsibilities- Understand the SMB sales market in the US thoroughly.
- Achieve annual targets.
- Drive year-over-year growth within assigned accounts.
- Manage daily issues related to team members.
- Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with UK, India, and global teams to expand business.
- Prepare monthly forecasts.
- Support and facilitate a learning culture through WiGs trainings, ensuring participation and attendance.
- Engage with team members to serve as a knowledge hub.
- Resolve and drive customer opportunities, requests, and issues within the organization.
- Celebrate wins and foster accountability for underperforming team members.
- Utilize organizational tools to increase customer base through new customer acquisition.
- Manage holiday and annual leave coverage.
- Resolve procurement and service sales issues with division leadership.
- Ensure AEs receive proper support and training.
- Handle customer interactions and use structured email response templates.
- Lead OEM/customer discussions and negotiations.
- Manage backend processes and system behavior.
- Maintain CE hygiene and prepare high-level presentations.
- Report team pipeline status.
- Ensure all opportunities are logged and updated in the system.
- Hold weekly meetings with division leaders to address team issues.
- Revenue and GP growth across the PK team (per individual).
- Pipeline growth per individual.
- Strong reporting capabilities.
- QBS-based selling skills.
- Relevance in engagement for new business.
- Ability to expand the customer base through acquisitions with recurring revenue.
- Lead the team to achieve 100%+ of assigned annual goals.
