Job Description: We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Client Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth. Join our team and be part of a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside experienced professionals to achieve our revenue goals and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work as a key member of the team to carry new sales opportunities forward in the pipeline and help close the client.
  2. Collect and organize data of new sales appointments to ensure key stakeholders are updated on the information prior to the appointment.
  3. Join new sales appointments to listen and understand the full conversation. Note down key takeaways or next steps that come out of the meeting.
  4. Organize meeting recordings and notes in CRM.
  5. Work with stakeholders on required collateral to be emailed to the lead after the appointment.
  6. Coordinate with leads to schedule follow-up calls.
  7. Work with stakeholders to define strategies for closing each lead.
  8. Work with stakeholders to draft SOWs and proposals.
  9. Maintain ongoing lead follow-up regarding appointments and deliverables to drive decision-making.
  10. Maintain activity reporting in CRM.
  11. Provide onboarding support once the client is closed.

Requirements:

  1. Highly attentive to detail.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. At least 2 years of experience generating leads and selling services via outbound methods in the USA market.
  4. Basic understanding of UI/UX Design, Development, SEO, SEM, Paid Media Marketing, and Social Media Platforms.
  5. Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role.
  6. Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
