Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Job Type: On-site, Full time

Location: Lahore

Working Hours: 11:00-8:00PM

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Role Overview:

As an Online Operations Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our e-commerce engine — ensuring seamless order fulfillment across all platforms and proactively resolving any issues that arise.

You'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experience, managing digital content with precision, and supporting cross-functional projects to uphold our commitment to operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders (B2C/FBM) and resolution of any fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped correctly and flagged if there are any issues with delivery, orders, or fulfillment.
  • Facilitate order changes and provide tracking information to customers.

Online Content & Product Management:

  • Maintain accurate website and Amazon content, ensuring it aligns with internal files and is error-free.
  • Oversee product launches, ensuring timely updates across platforms (Website, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok).
  • Manage SKU generation, barcode records, and product-related assets for new product launches.
  • Ensure the website audit is completed regularly and ensure any discrepancies are flagged and fixed within the appropriate time frame.

Account Health Monitoring:

  • Conduct daily checks on Amazon account health and performance notifications, escalating any issues as necessary.
  • Ensure timely handling of chargeback cases and related issues.

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional projects related to product delivery, content, Amazon and website projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, external agencies, and 3PLs to ensure the timely completion of all tasks within the department, including product launches and other related projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduated in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in customer service and online operations
  • Strong knowledge and experience of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok).
  • Experience in product launches and managing listings across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and team management skills to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
