SAP HCM CONSULTANT

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of SAP HCM module, serving as an integral Information Technology HCM business partner. Your responsibilities will encompass functional master data management, business process optimization, change management support, and acting as a liaison between end users and the implementation team. The success of this role relies on your comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM processes, combined with effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

SAP HCM CONSULTANT

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of SAP HCM module, serving as an integral Information Technology HCM business partner. Your responsibilities will encompass functional master data management, business process optimization, change management support, and acting as a liaison between end users and the implementation team. The success of this role relies on your comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM processes, combined with effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of SAP HCM module, contributing to the definition, design, build, and implementation phases.
  • Provide expertise in functional master data management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to define and maintain processes within the assigned area.
  • Administer the quality of Business Process documents for HR processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Develop business work instructions, end-user documentation, training material, and localizations within the process area.
  • Finalize processes and WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, and Forms.) development functional specifications.
  • Provide business scenarios to IT and facilitate their implementation.
  • Play a key role in data migration from Legacy Systems to SAP systems.
  • Support post Go-Live for key HR issues and enhancements.
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to enhance data quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited institute.
  • Minimum 4 years of HCM experience.
  • Proficient in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Expertise in SAP IMG for HR process configuration.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, GAP analysis, and TO-BE model recommendations.
  • Experienced in debugging and understanding ABAP code to identify bugs.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
