Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Medical Assistant located in Lahore District. The Virtual Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting with medical office tasks, managing medical records, ensuring proper patient care, and using medical terminology accurately. The role involves day-to-day interaction with healthcare providers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of medical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Must Have Bachelor Degree in Medical Related Field or Pharm-D
  • Experience: Fresh to 1-Year
  • Good English Communication
  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology
  • Experience working in a Medical Office environment
  • Skills in managing Medical Records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore District
  • Prior experience in medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management is a plus
  • Relevant certification in the medical field or related area
