1. Lead the execution of regional sales targets (Sell-in, Sell-out, Sell-through) aligned with national KPIs.
2. Manage and monitor the performance of distributors and retail partners in the assigned region.
3. Ensure stock health and PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) discipline across channels.
4. Drive weekly and monthly sales performance reviews with regional distributors and teams.
5.Implement and track shop coverage, merchandising standards, and POS branding as per company guidelines.
6.Work closely with retail partners to improve Xiaomi's shelf share, visibility, and sell-out performance.
7.Manage and coach a team of City Manager and Sales Reps to ensure strong market execution.
8.Conduct regular market visits, team reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
9.Prepare and share weekly/monthly business reports (targets vs achievement, regional insights, issues, and action plans).
Requirements:
1. Graduate with at least 5-8 years of working experience in the mobile/telecommunications industry. 2. Proven experience in managing distribution channels, retailers and teams. 3. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are required. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. 5. Good communication skills and negotiation skills
