Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

  • Manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy: Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and positive feedback.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain)
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA is preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules.
  • Ability to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Functional & ERP Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
  • Soft Skills & Leadership: Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
