Lead Market Technology Solutions is a UK based company with offices across the world. We need an Assistant Manager Accounts for our Lahore office to maintain companies accounts for UK based customers.

Candidate will be required to perform these task:

Chase payments on overdue invoices.·
Make sure that the company accounts are prepared and maintained regularly;·
Prepare, review & analyze the Accounting records including Book Keeping,
Financial Statements and analysis of other Financial Reports to check the accuracy & reliability.· Establish Table of Accounts (Ledger) and pass/assign the entries into proper accounts.·
Compute & calculate outstanding taxes and prepare the tax returns & other tax requirements as according to Pakistan Tax Regulation.·
Can handle the multiple accounts at a time and apply all accounting standards on financial statement where it is necessary and audit procedure at the time of reconciliation of record.· Develop record & analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compare projected and actual cost of the company and access the overall performance at the end of year.· Handling accounts related inquires from the sales persons;·
Keep a list of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables ready for management review.· Administer the monthly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner, Prepare, review and file payroll summaries, journals and reports·
Preparing financial reports for the CEO Review that includes income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.·
Verifying Bank Reconciliations is timely made by Accounts Officers;·
Establish and maintain suppliers and customers accounts and do reconciliations of accounts on periodic basis.·
Making sure that all the payments (International and local) is processed in an organized and timely manner;·
Perform any other task as assigned by the management.

Job Specification

Must be fluent in English
Experience in UK based Company
Strong computer and Internet skills
Good Command on English Speaking and Written
Good in financial accounting concept.Strong command on ExcelMust have knowhow in one of the accounts systems such as Sage, MS greatplanes or Kashflow etc
