We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of India Learning and Talent Development Lead.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune

Principal responsibilities

  1. Define the country learning strategy and priorities, with clear objectives and outcomes that help the team achieve common goals.
  2. Design and implement leadership development solutions, including virtual and eLearning programs.
  3. Drive capability upskilling, learning engagement, and foster a learning culture through various forums such as virtual sessions, engagement activities, and social learning.
  4. Manage senior stakeholders across different geographies and business contexts through consistent engagement and effective communication.
  5. Lead learning architecture and needs analysis, developing genuine learner experiences.
  6. Foster innovation practices and collaboration with other organizational areas, such as HR, group learning, and Technical Academy.
  7. Build the Learning and Talent Development excellence and research center, provide insights, generate white papers, and promote Learning Excellence within the team, organization, and market.
  8. Leverage global and local partnerships to build a solution pool of learning and development initiatives to deliver regional and local solutions in India.
