Job Description
  • Develop and administer the local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.
  • Deploy security measures to maintain data integrity on the LAN.
  • Develop, manage, and test disaster recovery plans for the LAN.
  • Administer and support front-end and back-end servers.
  • Support equipment for teleconferences and maintain PABX and communication systems.

Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

Maintain routine system backups.

Provide high-quality end-user support services to staff and authorized network users.

Manage IT inventory, procurement, and disposal of IT equipment.

Manage projects, and plan and implement system maintenance and administration.

Plan future improvements and suggest IT solutions to business problems.
