Job Title: Senior Medical Officer

This role involves performing pre-anesthesia evaluations, consulting with specialists, and ensuring patient safety during operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluation of ASA I, II, III & IV patients.
  • Consult with specialists/consultants regarding ASA III & IV patients when required.
  • Record hemodynamic parameters and anesthetic amounts during procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital functions during operations and notify the specialist/consultant for management.
  • Ensure the safe transfer of patients from OR to PACU.
  • Accompany critical or intubated patients if referred to tertiary care hospitals.
  • Respond to code blue calls.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by the HOD.
