Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth, meet the Bank's strategic objectives, and provide exceptional customer service through financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new to bank priority qualified clients.
  • Provide services to clients from the assigned portfolio, such as dormancy removal and service requests.
  • Cross-sell products to clients after identifying their needs.
  • Increase wealth management penetration in the assigned portfolio by adding new to wealth clients.
  • Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions.
  • Consume and convert assigned leads.
  • Maintain client contact as per prescribed contact guidelines.
  • Implement client journey interventions for priority clients.
  • Conduct periodic risk reviews of clients in the portfolio.
  • Update Know Your Customer (KYC) information for clients as needed.
  • Follow internal processes for wealth management and asset product bookings.
