
Relationship Manager

HBL is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Konnect Team. This role is crucial for driving business development and nurturing strong client relationships within our Konnect function.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for expanding HBL's Konnect footprint by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, while also managing and growing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Konnect's client base.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with HBL's policies and procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Konnect clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored Konnect solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and relationship management, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and client service best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
