HBL is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Konnect Team. This role is crucial for driving business development and nurturing strong client relationships within our Konnect function.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for expanding HBL's Konnect footprint by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, while also managing and growing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Konnect's client base.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with HBL's policies and procedures.
Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Konnect clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored Konnect solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and client service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
