Position: Quantity Surveyor

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil and MEP works.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and rate analysis based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct measurements and evaluations of Civil/MEP works in accordance with relevant standards and practices.
  • Evaluate variations and claims, providing timely assessments and recommendations to project management.
  • Verify contractor invoices and IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates).
  • Prepare and present reports on project costs, forecasts, and financial performance to senior management.
  • Work closely with project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding Civil/MEP works.
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager/HOD.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with high-rise building projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software/tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
