Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to undertake contract administration duties for infrastructure/Civil projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation, development and management of contracts, negotiation of contractual exceptions and commercial terms & conditions, evaluating potential risks and opportunities, and implementing necessary actions.

Additionally, they will prepare and settle claims, pre-qualify and select subcontractors, and possess a working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts as applicable to civil engineering/EPC contracts.

Key Requirements:

  • BE-Civil 5-7 years of experience or Chartered Quantity Surveyor from Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors England with 7-10 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts as applicable to civil engineering/EPC contracts.
