We are seeking a highly skilled Bitrix24 Implementation Consultant to support the rollout and integration of Bitrix24 across our organization. This is a project-based, part-time consulting role, ideal for professionals with deep expertise in CRM, workflow automation, and organizational digital transformation.

The consultant will act as the strategic advisor and implementation lead, ensuring the platform is configured to match our business processes and team workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current workflows, tools, and communication channels
  • Customize and configure Bitrix24 modules according to organizational needs
  • Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party tools (if required)
  • Provide training and onboarding support to team members
  • Monitor rollout progress and provide optimization feedback
  • Document best practices and key configurations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing Bitrix24 in mid-sized or large teams
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, automation, and business process mapping
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and API usage is a plus
