• Responsible for producing the monthly financial, administrative, and logistics reporting of the District office.
• Provide technical support and an optimal environment to District team members.
• Coordinate and report to the Head office for program/project-related financial, administrative, and logistics activities.
• Ensure financial, administrative, and logistics records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Prepare for financial audits and coordinate the District audit process.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses for the District office.
• Communicate all financial, administrative, and logistics reports to the DEM and maintain contact with the Head Office concerning the program/Department.
• Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are required.
• Flexibility with traveling is necessary.
