We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial, administrative, and logistics reports for our district office.

">Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing monthly financial, administrative, and logistics reporting for the district office
  • Providing technical support to district team members
  • Coordinating and reporting program/project-related financial, administrative, and logistics activities to the Head office
  • Maintaining financial, administrative, and logistics records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Preparing for financial audits and coordinating the District audit process
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses for the district office

The successful candidate will possess:
