DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Hunting & Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate quality leads, and close deals through multiple channels. This is a remote position, but occasional in-office collaboration may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Hunting & Lead Generation:
→ Research and identify potential clients in the US, UK, Canada, and other international markets.
→ Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Facebook, Instagram, and other freelancing/job portals to generate high-quality leads.
→ Implement email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies to reach potential clients.
Cold Outreach & Sales Pitching:
→ Send personalized emails and messages to engage potential clients.
→ Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to pitch our services and build relationships.
→ Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
→ Assist in developing email marketing campaigns and outreach strategies.
→ Work closely with the marketing team to align client acquisition efforts with ongoing digital campaigns.
Sales & Negotiation:
→ Effectively negotiate deals and pricing with potential clients.
→ Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
CRM & Reporting:
→ Keep track of all client interactions in a CRM or spreadsheet.
→ Prepare weekly/monthly reports on outreach progress and lead conversion.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in client hunting, lead generation, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written & spoken).
Strong knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with email automation tools, CRM platforms, and cold outreach tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
A proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude.
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace.
