Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer and oversee employee benefit programs, ensuring competitive and cost-effective offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Oversee HR administration tasks such as payroll, employee records management, and HR-related documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
