We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to support our Human Resources. The ideal candidate will handle core HR responsibilities, manage administrative operations, assist in recruitment processes, and maintain employee records. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and has a strong interest in both human resource and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records .
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as Appointment letter, offer letters, and memos.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and maintain a candidate database.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal and company policies.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring up-to-date and accurate employee records.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 year of experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
