Business Development Specialist

A portfolio company of TST Enterprises, is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, professional, and capable of building strong client relationships in the international market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms (i.e, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com and other)

Respond to inbound queries and nurture potential leads

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs

Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and estimates

Create and share business proposals with clients

Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition

Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships

Close deals with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)

Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and proposal writing

Comfortable working in the US time zone

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
