Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for EMS and Power Quality products such as power factor correction panels, harmonic filters, static VAR compensators, UPS systems, and energy monitoring solutions.
  • Identify target customers across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors; generate leads and convert into sales.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand energy requirements, evaluate load profiles, and propose optimized solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, technical offers, and commercial quotations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in energy efficiency and power quality.
  • Support post-sales activities including coordination for delivery, commissioning, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecast pipelines for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of relevant sales experience in EMS, power quality equipment, or electrical infrastructure.
  • Sound knowledge of power factor, harmonics, reactive compensation, and energy monitoring systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical acumen with ability to read single-line diagrams and understand load studies.
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client support.
