We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive growth and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development or sales.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Present our offerings effectively to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Work with marketing and sales to support lead generation efforts.
  • Track pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events to expand reach and visibility.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven success in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data tools.
