Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site surveys in conjunction with the instructions of M&P Engineer / TM / MER after receiving land documents.
  2. Prepare initial layouts considering site conditions and business requirements.
  3. Amend initial layouts to comply with business requirements and government rules & regulations.
  4. Prepare DC NOC drawings based on the approved layout for submission to government departments.
  5. Draw explosives plans for tentative approvals before site construction, following the final layout.
  6. Prepare and dispatch complete construction drawings to M&P Engineers for site development.
  7. Submit amendments or superseded layouts of existing Explosive Construction Approvals to the Explosives Department in a timely manner.
  8. Arrange ammonia prints for submission of DC NOC, BPA, and explosives drawings.
  9. Assist M&P Engineers & Engineering Manager in developing detailed signage and construction drawings for all structures.
  10. Maintain safe records of engineering documents, layouts, approved drawings, and explosives licenses.
  11. Manage all drawings related to retail outlets, keeping full records of different versions and layouts.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma in Civil/Architecture Draftsmanship.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Oil Marketing Companies (OMC).
  • Understanding of DC/Explosive rules for drawing preparation.
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare initial and as-built layouts.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D design and 3D Studio Max for views.
  • Well-organized with excellent communication and management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
