Job Title: Key Account Manager – Finance

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM

Salary Range: (Based on experience and skills)

HQ-360 is looking for a Key Account Manager – Finance to lead financial operations and maintain strong relationships with our US-based clients. This night-shift role is ideal for finance professionals with a solid background in account management, financial reconciliation, and reporting — especially those experienced with QuickBooks and client-facing financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end financial operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct daily and monthly cash audits and reconciliations, primarily using QuickBooks Online.
  • Oversee general ledger activities, classifications, and chart of accounts maintenance to ensure consistency across accounts.
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Prepare financial statements, performance summaries, and customized reports for internal and client review.
  • Maintain strong communication with US clients, addressing financial queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including account analysis and financial reviews.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Required Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial account management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing US-based client accounts or working within international finance settings is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios and large datasets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Preference will be given to ACCA-qualified candidates with demonstrated expertise in client financial management and reporting.
