Business Planning Manager - Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Summary
The Business Planning Manager will work with the relevant Heads of Client Coverage in the Cluster and Region to drive business performance through business reviews, client portfolio management, people agenda, frontline communication, and strategy execution. They will be a permanent member of the Regional Client Coverage Management Team, collaborating closely with various teams including Finance, HR, CABM, COO, and global Business Development teams. The role involves diverse responsibilities reflecting the evolving demands of the Regional Head of Client Coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & Performance: Co-define go-to-market strategies, lead annual planning, review performance metrics, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Sales Planning & Enablement: Manage pipeline meetings, oversee account plan updates, and support client material creation and content platform adoption.
  • Risk Management & Governance: Review papers for submission to committees and monitor conduct flags via dashboards.
