About the Role:

FalconXoft is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developerwith a strong background inDjangoandAI/ML, along with a solid grasp of front-end technologies. This is a remote leadership position ideal for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a great communicator and mentor. You'll be responsible for leading a growing team of developers and delivering intelligent, high-performance applications.

NOTE:

This is a full-time role; apply only if you are available for single employment without other job commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent web applications combiningDjangoon the backend with integratedAI/ML modelsto support data-driven features such as predictive analytics, classification, NLP, recommendation systems, etc.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and services that interact with AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists or independently develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks likeTensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Manage data pipelines, preprocessing routines, and model training/evaluation cycles.
• Optimize and integrate AI models into production environments ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop front-end interfaces (using React, Vue, or similar) to visualize insights and allow interaction with AI-driven features.
• Lead and mentor a team starting from 4 developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery of projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively in English with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience withAI/ ML & PythonandDjangoframework.
• Strong hands-on experience inMachine Learning/Deep Learning, including data preprocessing, model development, and deployment.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, recommendation systems, time series forecasting, etc.
• Proficiency withML librariessuch asTensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLTK, SpaCy, etc.
• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows using automation platforms like n8n or LangChain to streamline AI/ML pipelines and external API integrations.
• Building LLM-based agents and multi-step workflows that involve APIs, vector databases, and real-time triggers.
• Experience deploying models via REST APIs or microservices.
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong English communication skills—verbal and written.
• Demonstrated experience inteam leadership, mentoring, and guiding junior developers.

Bonus Points for Experience With:

• Data engineering: ETL, data warehousing, or data lake management.
• MLOpstools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
• Real-time data processing and streaming (Kafka, Spark).
