We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Engineer to help grow our Industrial Automation and Solar Installation services. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to generate leads, secure projects, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential industrial and commercial clients (factories, SMEs, property owners).
  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical presentations.
  • Propose solutions in automation (panels, PLCs, VFDs, SCADA) and solar systems (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and report a customer pipeline regularly.
  • Build relationships for cross-selling future machine monitoring solutions.

Qualifications:

  • DAE Electrical/Electronics/Automation, B-Tech, or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (fresh candidates with technical aptitude & strong communication will be considered).
  • Knowledge of industrial automation/solar systems will be a plus.
  • Must have own bike (or reliable transportation) for client visits.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
