Sales Engineer – FM & MEP | Islamabad |KARACHI Permanent Role

Pakistan Facilities Management (PFM) is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our Head Office in Islamabad. This is a permanent position with great career growth potential in Pakistan's leading Facilities Management & Engineering Services company.

Location: Islamabad and KarachiExperience: 3–5 years (Minimum)Qualification: Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or related fieldIndustry: Facilities Management | MEP | Engineering ServicesSalary: PKR 90,000–120,000 Above (Based on experience) + Perks & Benefits

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in FM & MEP sectors
  • Build strong client relationships with consultants, facility managers, contractors, and owners
  • Deliver technical presentations and customized proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts in various regions (travel to Lahore & Karachi may be required)

Technical & Tendering Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and FM services
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, bids, tenders, and technical/commercial submittals
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and operations teams on proposals

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through project follow-ups
  • Conduct site visits and address client feedback effectively

Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Perform market research on pricing, competition, and industry trends
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in FM/MEP sales & business development
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, BMS, HVAC, and maintenance solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/CRM tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a client-centric approach
  • Valid driving license preferred

  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target Achievement
  • Proposal-to-Sale Conversion Rate
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction Scores
  • Frequency of Site Visits and Lead Generation
