We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, playing a key role in presenting, promoting, and selling products and systems, especially in the renewable energy or industrial sector. This role requires both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to drive sales and support clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, playing a key role in presenting, promoting, and selling products and systems, especially in the renewable energy or industrial sector. This role requires both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to drive sales and support clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and present technical products (solar, wind, BESS, etc.) to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored proposals
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to decision-makers
  • Respond to RFPs, technical queries, and solution-oriented discussions
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships post-sale
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve future offerings
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar, energy, or industrial equipment
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as required for site visits and client meetings
