Overview

We are a fast-growing software development and IT services company helping businesses scale through innovative solutions. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and IT services sales.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects and deliver clear, compelling presentations of our services.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales performance reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or IT/software services sales.
  • Strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software development to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
