Ensure Secondary SKU wise volume achievement versus targets assigned to enhance Market Share.
Rationalize discounts in the market and use promotions intelligently to achieve the company's net sales revenue.
Create and retain outlets as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distribution.
Ensure data accuracy in sales information systems and conduct regular audits.
Analyze SFE KPIs and modify area routes or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Presellers.
Complete daily planned calls, spend ample time in-market, and coach presellers on the 10-step call process.
Discuss execution scores with presellers daily, highlight gaps, and ensure in-outlet execution as per PicOS & RED criteria and marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity in the assigned area and suggest counter-strategies.
Supervise the deployment and utilization of company assets like coolers, signage, and activation materials in the market.
Manage in-outlet investments with an optimal mix of discounts, DME, assets, and activation.
Monitor equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and reduce nonproductive coolers.
Recover missing or disputed coolers as per company procedures.
