Role Overview:

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision. You will direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure warehouse KPIs targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and gate processes
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement efficient optimal warehouse processes, policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, Setup layouts and ensure efficient space utilization
• Establish and implement safety and security procedures, complying with legal regulations, to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Recruit, select, coach and motivate warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management through regular audits and cycle counts
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Liaise with internal customers, suppliers and transport companies
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product, equipment movements and optimize order fulfillment
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Prepare and manage the annual warehouse operations budget in alignment with organizational objectives
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for management review
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Qualifications / Core Competencies:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in warehouse, materials, or logistics management, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern warehouse management systems, principles, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP (Materials Management Module), Maximo, or similar ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of Procurement processes, Inventory Management, and performance metrics such as Warehousing KPIs.
