Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the overall activities of our warehouses in Pakistan.

  • Supervise and support all staff members to ensure seamless warehouse operations, utilizing effective leadership skills and strategies.
  • Monitor and update daily inventory records for all warehouses through Oracle, ensuring accurate tracking of stock movements, timely reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly review and analyze ERs (Exception Reports) for material issued to technical teams, updating Oracle with real-time information from regions, improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Conduct planned and surprise audits of warehouses to maintain quality control, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Identify stagnant and slow-moving items, implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage stocks across all warehouses to maintain an optimized level, preventing shortages, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, meeting customer expectations.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the department as needed, aligning with business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Perform monthly closing procedures in Oracle, generating reports on warehouse activity, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee junk collection and selling processes at warehouses, maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of inventory management principles. They must be proficient in using Oracle software and have experience in conducting warehouse audits and analyses, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
