Digital Marketing Specialist Role

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Advertising Specialist, responsible for driving results through Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

  • Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on call generation, lead acquisition, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive results and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset to achieve campaign objectives effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
