We're Hiring: Zoho CRM & Automation Expert
Remote | Project-Based | Freelance/Contract

Are you an experienced Zoho CRM specialist with a proven track record in CRM customization, workflow automation, and third-party integrations? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Zoho CRM expert to support us on a project basis.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with our team to streamline sales, marketing, and operations processes through Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem tools (Campaigns, Flow, Books, etc.). The ideal candidate understands both the technical and strategic sides of CRM optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and optimize Zoho CRM based on business workflows

Set up automation (Blueprints, Workflows, Flows, Deluge scripting)

Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)

Create custom modules, fields, reports, and dashboards

Manage data migration and deduplication

Provide documentation and training to the internal team

Collaborate on marketing automation via Zoho Campaigns

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One tools

Strong understanding of sales pipelines, automation, and CRM strategy

Expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow

Experience with marketing automation tools (Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Project Duration:

Scope and timeline will be discussed in the first call

Long-term collaboration possible for the right candidate
