Position:Business Development Executive

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing custom software development company based in Pakistan, serving clients in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Our expertise lies in developing cutting-edge solutions in Mobile, MERN, and PHP technologies. We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive who can generate high-quality leads and convert potential customers into scheduled sales calls.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork
  2. Strong understanding of lead generation and proposal writing
  3. Experience withLinkedIn Sales Navigatorwill be a strong plus
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

1. Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation:

  1. Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  2. Write compelling, tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
  3. Maintain and manage an active bidding pipeline with timely follow-ups.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  1. Communicate with prospects to understand project requirements.
  2. Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients.
  3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

3. LinkedIn Sales (Preferred):

  1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and pitch to potential clients.
  2. Engage in cold outreach and follow-ups to generate new leads.

4. Sales Performance & Targets:

  1. Consistently work toward achieving monthly and quarterly business development goals as defined by the company.
  2. Secure new projects in alignment with team and organizational targets.
  3. Actively contribute to revenue growth through quality lead conversion and client acquisition.

5. Sales Reporting & Coordination:

  1. Track bid success rates, conversion ratios, and prepare performance reports.
  2. Coordinate with project and technical teams to align client expectations and project deliverables.

6. Market Research & Strategy:

  1. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  2. Recommend improvements in proposals, pricing, and service offerings.

7. CRM & Documentation:

  1. Maintain proper documentation of interactions, proposals, and client data in CRM tools.
