We're Hiring: Upwork Bidding Specialist
Remote | Full-Time / Part-Time

ZAG Digital is searching for a results-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist to help us bring in high-quality clients through strategic bidding and lead generation.

If you understand the art of custom proposals, client psychology, and how to sell creativity, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily

Write compelling, tailored proposals that stand out

Optimize our Upwork profile and presence

Follow up on leads and help close deals with the team

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Upwork bidding (especially in design, branding, or marketing categories)

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Understanding of agency workflows and creative offerings

Smart, organized, and proactive mindset
