We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) with 3 to 4 years of proven experience on the Upwork platform. If you're a skilled professional who knows the ins and outs of Upwork and has a passion for driving business growth, we'd love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upwork Bidding Expertise: Create winning proposals, bid strategically, and secure projects on Upwork while maintaining a high success rate.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to build long-term relationships and bring in consistent business.
  • Lead Management: Qualify, manage, and maintain a pipeline of leads generated through Upwork, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft tailored proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and align with client needs.
  • Profile Optimization: Regularly update and optimize the company's Upwork profile to improve visibility and attract high-value clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and client requirements to refine bidding strategies and maximize success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Upwork, including bidding, project acquisition, and client handling.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing projects and meeting business targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling proposals and interact with clients.
  • Client Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs and align services to their requirements.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM systems, and other project management tools.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with software development or IT services will be a plus.
