Job Title:

Cold Storage Equipment Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Cold Storage Equipment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing cold storage facilities and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair cold storage facilities and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized storage areas for food products in accordance with food safety regulations.
  3. Operate facilities, monitor temperatures, and ensure proper airflow to maintain a safe and efficient storage environment.
  4. Manage documentation and stock inventory including temperature logs and maintenance records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Maintain a high level of facility uptime and reduce downtime due to equipment failures.
  2. Meet or exceed all regulatory requirements related to food safety and handling.
