**Timings:** 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage Upwork account independently with a consistent record of successful bidding

* Craft compelling proposals for web design, development, digital services and Animation

* Maintain professional communication with clients and close deals confidently

* Manage email correspondences and schedules

* Conduct online research and data entry

* Prepare reports, client documentation, and presentations

* Support social media management and customer communication

### **What We're Looking For:**

* 5–6 years of relevant experience in Upwork bidding and virtual assistance

* Proven track record of winning freelance projects (Upwork profile link required)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

* Ability to work independently and handle client interactions smoothly

* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
