About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and articulate Sales & Marketing Executives to join our B2B cold-calling team for U.S.-based recruitment and staffing campaigns. This role involves lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement. Candidates must have a strong command of English with a neutral to American accent and a solid academic background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct B2B cold calls to potential U.S. clients in various industries to pitch recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Engage with decision-makers (HR Managers, Procurement Officers, etc.) to understand staffing needs and promote services.
  • Schedule appointments and set up discovery calls for the U.S. sales team.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and follow-up communications via phone and email.
  • Utilize CRM tools to log call activities, manage pipelines, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to meet monthly performance targets.
  • Stay updated with U.S. market trends, staffing demands, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum A-Levels (British curriculum preferred); Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience in the staffing/recruitment or BPO industry.
  • Clear and fluent U.S. English accent is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and working hours.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
