Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization.
  2. Bachelor's Degree from a reputed institution.
  3. HEC and UAE Embassy Registered Degree.
  4. Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex IT solutions for enterprise clients.
  5. Experience in leading multi-regional projects and delivering impactful solutions across various industries (Oil & Gas, Government, Finance, etc.).
  6. In-depth knowledge of private and public cloud technologies, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and IT infrastructure.
  7. Expertise in solution design, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  8. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, Red Hat, Nutanix, and other leading technologies.

Certifications:

  1. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in Data Center & Network Virtualization.
  2. Red Hat Certified System Administrator or similar certifications are a plus.
  3. Service Management or similar certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  4. Client-focused with a consultative approach to solving business challenges.
