Overview

As a Business Development Executive at PakWheels.com, you will be at the forefront of engaging with used car dealerships, ensuring active stock listings on our platform and helping clients maximize value from our services. This field-based role requires proactive relationship management, on-ground presence, and a strong passion for sales and the automotive sector. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and contribute directly to dealership satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily visits to assigned dealerships to ensure complete and accurate listing of their entire stock (cars & bikes) on the PakWheels.com platform.
  • Train dealership owners and sales staff on effective use of the PakWheels.com application and features.
  • Regularly advise clients on listing quality improvements and best practices to increase sales.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to pitch and upsell PakWheels.com products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong, long-term relationships with dealership clients.
  • Work under the guidance of the Area Sales Manager to meet predefined sales and activity targets.
  • Promote the PakWheels.com brand through on-ground presence and participation in relevant auto-related events.
  • Collect detailed feedback from clients and relay it to the Area Sales Manager for process or product improvements.
  • Drive adoption of new PakWheels.com offerings within the assigned dealership base.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and address any concerns to maintain high client retention.
  • Provide accurate market and activity updates to your manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or tech platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and using digital tools.
  • Internet and tech-savvy with the ability to explain tech-based solutions to clients.
  • Passion for the automotive industry is a strong plus.
