Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Creative Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals that align with project requirements, and maintaining communication with potential clients. Daily tasks include creating strategies for effective bids, refining proposals, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity in their approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and articulate branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage bidding on freelancing platforms, mainly Upwork
  • Search and identify relevant jobs/projects related to creative services (e.g., design, writing, marketing, video editing)
  • Write custom and engaging proposals tailored to each project
  • Maintain communication logs and follow up with potential clients
  • Assist in managing client profiles and keeping them up to date
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to understand service offerings
  • Report daily bidding activity and results to the team lead

Qualifications

  • Creativity Skills and Creative Strategy skills
  • Communication and Writing skills
  • Branding experience and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively onsite in Islamabad
  • Experience with bidding on freelance platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
