We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join us at our Islamabad office.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Upwork bidding, client communication, and proposal writing. This role requires managing multiple Upwork profiles, crafting personalized proposals, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and send customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage multiple Upwork profiles and ensure consistent branding and activity.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on proposal activity, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements:

. Proven experience in a similar role (Upwork bidding or freelance platform sales).

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding strategies and client engagement techniques.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in Islamabad and available for on-site work.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).

Performance Bonuses:

  • PKR 20,000 for closing a client
  • PKR 10,000 for scheduling a meeting
  • PKR 10,000 for closing a client through an Upwork invite.
  • PKR 5,000 for scheduling a meeting through an Upwork invite.

An additional 50k Bonus on closing 15 contracts a month.

Our current bidder is making more than 200k a month. So it's a great opportunity for individuals who can bring results.

  • Work Schedule & Location:Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break).
  • Location: 2nd Floor, Al-Basit Arcade, D-Block, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
