Results-Driven Upwork Bidder

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork bidder to drive business growth for our expanding tech and marketing company.

  • Draft and send customized proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients to build relationships and close deals.
  • Manage multiple Upwork profiles to maintain consistent branding and activity levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to establish trust and rapport.

This exciting opportunity will involve:

  • Developing high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential clients.
  • Managing Upwork profiles to ensure consistent activity levels.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on proposal activity, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that showcase your skills and expertise.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and meeting coordination.
  • Profile Management: Maintain consistent branding and activity levels across multiple Upwork profiles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on proposal activity, leads, and conversions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role (Upwork bidding or freelance platform sales).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's bidding strategies and client engagement techniques.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Benefits
  • PKR 20,000 for closing a client.
  • PKR 10,000 for scheduling a meeting.
  • PKR 10,000 for closing a client through an Upwork invite.
  • PKR 5,000 for scheduling a meeting through an Upwork invite.

An additional PKR 50,000 Bonus on closing 15 contracts a month.

  • Work Schedule & Location: Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break).
