Job Title:

Fiverr and Upwork Bidder

This is a night shift position from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am PST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid daily on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
  • Prepare customized proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong profiles on Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a successful bidder on Fiverr and Upwork platforms.
  • Strong online presence with good reviews, ratings, and order history.
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented individual.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • Experience with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.).
  • Ability to acquire direct leads outside of platforms.
  • Technical understanding of common project types (Web, App, Design, SEO).
