We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the KSA region.

About the Role

This role is designed for a strategic rainmaker—someone who not only understands the Saudi market deeply but can also drive enterprise-level digital transformation conversations and build long-term, multi-million SAR relationships across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead go-to-market efforts and define the business development roadmap for KSA
  • Establish and grow strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, government entities, and industry leaders to position Addo AI's offerings (AI, GenAI, Data Strategy, Digital Platforms)
  • Drive strategic partnerships, key account acquisition, and regional revenue growth
  • Build and nurture a strong partner ecosystem (SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, consulting firms, government-backed programs)
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, co-develop proposals, and lead pitch presentations and bid defenses
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansion of accounts
  • Establish a deal pipeline and execute account-based strategies to win large, multi-year engagements
  • Track and report on key KPIs: pipeline health, revenue targets, win/loss rates, sales cycle metrics
  • Provide competitive intelligence and help shape localized offerings for the Saudi market
  • Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and building a local sales and support team over time
  • Monitor Saudi market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Addo AI at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements
What You Bring
  • 8–12 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in Saudi Arabia
  • A proven track record of high-value deal closures with public sector or enterprise clients
  • Strong network and presence in KSA across technology, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sectors
  • Ability to independently lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration
  • Strong network across KSA industries—ideally including public sector, banking, or enterprise tech
  • Deep understanding of Saudi business culture, regulatory frameworks, and commercial practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred

  • Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Salesforce ecosystems
  • Background in management consulting, digital advisory, or transformation programs
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation domains
  • Exposure to cross-border business development (e.g., Pakistan KSA)
